Retraction delay :

For your best service and acording to some countries distant sell laws , we give a 7 days delay for retraction . Due to custom international laws we cannot ship before 8 days after your on line payment day , but if you do not want to wait you can cancel this delay for immediate shipping by sign here below typing your first and second names :

All prices on this website are for 1 unit without taxes and without customs duty , are ex-works La Tour sur Orb , France and can change without any advertisement . The estimation in US $ have an approximate informative value only as 1 EURO = 1 US DOLLAR , for an acurate curency day rate please call your bank .

Shipping :

- PHY-HP will send all orders under a declared value form via an express transport company who will deliver at the address you gave ,versus your signature and payment of custom toll and your country taxes which are too much variable to be inserted into the order form ; we highly advise you to be present on day time at this address as if transport company have to deliver again they can ask an extra charge .

- Charged shipping cost is exactly as given by our transport company , without any extra charge .

- On leaving day we send an e-mail for departure confirmation and giving you the package number and our transport company web address where you will be able to follow it .

- On delivery , if you see any damage to package or / and to product unpacked in front of carrier , then you have to write it on delivery form ( of whitch we advise you to keep a copy ) , and to confirm to the transport company via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours and to fax the 2 copies to PHY-HP . If you do not respect this procedure the transport company would cancel the insurance , and so the repair cost would stay at your charge .

Documentations :

All documentation , pictures , data books , shematas and advises are only given as an indicative and not contractual way , and can change without notice.

Distributors :

Any order comming from a country where we have a distributor will be automaticly send to him with its payment minus expenses which are contractively 10 % of order amount . The distributor would be allowed to charge you the difference between the amount he received and his country current price .

Stock situation :

We endeavor to have every item on this website in stock at all times , exept custom made of course . So we are usually able to ship standart products within 48 hours. However this is not always possible. When an item is out of stock it is usually for a short period , any way less than 15 weeks , and no backorder is possible for delay reasons. In any case , you will receive 48 h after payment a Email for confirmation and indication of the leaving date estimation .

Client satisfaction :

The satisfaction you will obtain with our products being subjective and depending on private conditions of use ( other hifi equipments , room caracteristics , way of tuning ... ) , we cannot give a satisfied or refund guarantee . However , as we want to offer the best service and if , even with all our help and advise , you want to leave our products , we will give you a priority return offer .

Guarantee :

- We give a life guarantee to first owner for any manufaturing fault . This is possible because we use only materials and techniques which allow a very long life time , and by the fact that each of all our products is put into service , hardly tested , measured ( frequency response curve and impedance curve are archived ) then immediately packed . So we are sure about their perfect functioning when they leave PHY-HP . However , the hidden faults which could appear later on , in spite of all our attention , would be taken under guarantee after assessment at PHY-HP ( for evident technical reasons ) . If our responsability is engaged , our product would be either put back in a perfect functionning state ( retested and remeasured ) or , if not possible , exchanged for a new one , each solution free , but no possibility of money back unless exeptional back offer after examination at PHY-HP .

- Guarantee take effect on delivery day .

- As example and non exhaustively , following facts are not covered by the guarantee : any deterioration or damage ( creased or teared cone , overloaded voice coil = from melted vernice to totaly burned or heel warped , any frame deformation , illegible label , etc ...) , any outside material into unit gap , broken cable conductor for any reason , non normal use , normal wear , oxidation = silvered parts comming black as it do not affect quality , any direct or indirect incidence or loss , all transport damage (covered by insurance ) , if guarantee form is not send back to PHY-HP within one month after delivery not totaly filled or filled with non european fonts , products returned from a different country to one where delivered ( if client move to live in another country he has to inform PHY-HP writing his ancient and new address + tel + fax and his product number ) , esthetic considerations as they are subjective and not a priority for our products , etc ...

Returns :

- First report problem to PHY-HP

- All returns have to be packed exactly as originaly

- Special order items , products with signs of use , damage en route to us due to improper packing , damaged as a result of improper use are returnable for repair or definitively under a money back PHY-HP cotation.

- All return for repair or definitive , under guaranty or not , will be shipped on our order by our transport company ( better fare ) in a temporary exportation way if necessary ( no custom toll and country taxes ) from the address you will give and where you will have to be on day time ( as pick up or delivery versus your signature ) . In any way the one way or round shipping cost stay at your charge .

CNIL :

This web site has been declared to the CNIL = French National Comission for Computing and Liberty .

Juridiction :

If there is difficulties Within those sales conditions application , PHY-HP stays at client disposal for an amicable agreement . However , in spite of all our goodwill , if it subsit any dispute it must be subject to the jurisdiction of BEZIERS , FRANCE , where French language is the only one recognized .
